I’ve spent more than 15 years building and operating businesses from the inside, from launching new concepts and leading large teams to improving operations, developing people and driving commercial performance. That experience has taught me what it takes to turn an ambitious idea into a business that actually works. I understand the decisions founders face because I’ve worked through them firsthand, balancing the bigger picture with the operational detail required to execute successfully. Today, I bring that experience to founders through JD Wellness Consulting, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help build businesses that perform today and are positioned for continued growth.

Across wellness, fitness and hospitality, I’ve worked at every level, building teams, managing operations, driving commercial performance and navigating the realities of launching and growing businesses. That breadth of experience means I understand both the strategy and the detail. I know what works, how to anticipate challenges and where to focus to create the greatest impact. I believe the best consulting relationships are built on trust, cliarty and action. My role is to bring experience to the table, understand what will make the greatest difference and work alongside you to make that happen.
